Chipotle Hummus
Delicious homemade hummus with canned chickpeas and chipotle chilies in adobo sauce. It's great for dipping pita slices and fresh veggies.
Serves : 6 ❤ Prep Time: 15min ❤
Ingredients

1 can chickpeas, juice reserved

3 tablespoons tahini

6 minced cloves garlic

juice of 1 lime

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teasoon diced chipotle chilie in adobo sauce
Directions

Combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lime juice, cumin and half the chili in your blender. Add a small ammount of the reserved chickpea juice, then blend. Add just enough juice as needed to blend well. Add remaining chili to taste. Refrigerate before serving.
