Shrimp Stir-Fry

A low carb shrimp stir-fry that I will have you comming back for guilt free seconds!

 

​Serves : 2 Prep Time: 15min Cook Time: 15min 

 

 

 Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 5 mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced

  • 8 asparagus, cut into 5cm bits

  • 1/4 head of cabbage, sliced

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce

  • celery salt, to taste

  • white pepper, to taste

  • 10 shrimp, peeled and devained

    Directions

  1. In a wok, heat the olive oil.  Sautee the veggis for a a few minutes, then stir in the cabbage. 

 

2. Season to taste with the garlic, soy sauce and          seasonings, and contiue to stir until cabbage wilts.    Stir in the shrimp and saute until cooked through,      about 4 minutes.
